一、有關層流手術室的建築布局、基本裝備、淨化空調係統和用房分級等應符合《醫（yī）院潔淨手（shǒu）術部建築技（jì）術（shù）規範GB50333-2002》的標準（zhǔn）。
1、 The building layout, basic equipment, purification air conditioning system and room classification of laminar flow operating room should comply with the standard of "technical code for building clean operating Department of hospital (GB 50333-2002)".
二、進入到手術室清潔區後、潔淨區域內的人員應更換專用的潔淨服。
2、 After entering the operating room cleaning area, the personnel in the clean area should change the special clean clothes.
三、潔淨手術部各區域的緩衝區，需要設（shè）有明顯的（de）標識和屏障，各自區（qū）域的（de）門應該（gāi）時刻保持（chí）關閉的狀態，並有連鎖（suǒ）裝置，不可同時打開出（chū）、入門。
3、 Clear signs and barriers should be set in the buffer zone of each area of clean operating department. The doors of each area should be kept closed at all times, and there should be interlock device. It is not allowed to open the entrance and exit at
the same time.
五、潔（jié）淨手術部的淨化（huà）空調係統應（yīng）當在手術前30分（fèn）鍾開啟;潔淨手術部的淨化空調係統應當連續運行，直至（zhì）清（qīng）潔、消毒工作（zuò）完成。Ⅰ～Ⅱ級用房的運轉時間為（wéi）清潔、消（xiāo）毒工作完成後20分鍾，Ⅲ～Ⅳ級（jí）用房的運轉時間為清潔、消毒工作完（wán）成後30分鍾。
5、 The clean air conditioning system of the clean operating department shall be started 30 minutes before the operation; the air conditioning system of the clean operating department shall be in continuous operation until the cleaning and disinfection
work is completed. The operation time of class I ~ II rooms is 20 minutes after the completion of cleaning and disinfection work, and the operation time of class III ~ IV rooms is 30 minutes after the completion of cleaning and disinfection.
六、對潔淨區域內的（de）非阻漏式孔板、格柵、絲網等送風口，應當每周進（jìn）行清潔，若有汙染應隨時清潔
6、 The air supply outlets such as non leak proof orifice plate, grille and wire mesh in the clean area shall be cleaned weekly. If there is any pollution, it shall be cleaned at any time
七、對潔淨區域內（nèi）回風口格（gé）柵應當使（shǐ）用豎向柵（shān）條，每天擦（cā）拭清潔（jié）1次，每周徹底清潔（jié），若有汙（wū）染應隨時清潔，對濾料（liào）層應按表（biǎo）3要求更（gèng）換。
7、 The air return grille in the clean area shall be cleaned with vertical bars once a day and cleaned thoroughly every week. If there is any pollution, it shall be cleaned at any time. The filter material layer shall be replaced according to the requirements
in Table 3.
八、負壓手術室每次手術（shù）結束後應當進行負壓持續運轉15分鍾後再進行（háng）清潔擦拭，達（dá）到自淨要求方可進行下一個手術。過濾致（zhì）病氣溶膠的排風（fēng）過（guò）濾（lǜ）器應當（dāng）每半年更（gèng）換（huàn）一次
8、 After each operation, the negative pressure operating room should be operated continuously for 15 minutes before cleaning and wiping. The next operation can be carried out after reaching the self-cleaning requirements. The exhaust filter for filtering
pathogenic aerosol should be replaced every six months
九、對凝結水的排水點應當（dāng）每（měi）天檢查，並每周進行清潔。
9、 The drain point of condensate should be checked every day and cleaned weekly.
