1.無（wú）菌室內（nèi）的工作台，不論是什麽材質、用途的（de），都（dōu）要求表麵光滑和台麵水平。

2.在內室和外室各安裝一個紫外燈(多為30W)。內室（shì）的紫外線燈應安裝在經常工（gōng）作的座位正上方，離地麵2m，外室的（de）紫外線燈可安裝在外室。

3.外室應有（yǒu）專用的工作服、鞋、帽、口罩、盛有來蘇兒水的瓷盆和毛巾、手持噴霧器和5%石炭酸溶液等（děng）。

1.薰蒸：這（zhè）是無菌室徹底（dǐ）滅（miè）菌的措施。無菌室使用了較長時間，汙（wū）染（rǎn）比較嚴重時，應（yīng）進行薰蒸滅菌。可用甲（jiǎ）醛、乳酸或硫磺薰蒸。

2.噴霧：在（zài）每（měi）次使用無菌室前（qián）進行。噴霧可促使空氣中微粒（lì）及微生物沉降，防止桌麵、地麵上的微塵飛場，並有殺菌作用。可用5%石炭酸噴霧。

無菌室工作規程
Working procedure of aseptic room
1.無菌室滅菌。每（měi）次使用前開啟紫外線燈照射30min以上（shàng），或在使用前30min，對內外室（shì）用5%石炭酸噴霧。
1. Sterilization in aseptic room. Before each use, turn on the ultraviolet lamp for 30min or 30min before use, and use 5% carbolic acid spray in the interior and exterior chambers.
2.用肥皂洗手後，把所需器材（cái）搬入外室（shì）;在（zài）外室換上已（yǐ）滅菌的工作服、工作帽和工作（zuò）鞋，戴好口罩，然後用2%煤酚皂液將手浸洗2分（fèn）鍾。
2. After washing hands with soap, move the required equipment into the outer room; change into sterilized work clothes, work caps and work shoes in the outer room, wear masks, and then soak hands with 2% coal phenol soap for 2 minutes.
3.將各種（zhǒng）需用物品搬進內室清點、就位，用（yòng）5%石炭酸在工作台（tái）麵（miàn）上方和操作員站位空間噴霧，返回外室，5～10min後再進內室工作。

4.接種操作前，用70%酒（jiǔ）精棉球擦手;進行無菌操（cāo）作時，動作要輕（qīng）緩，盡量減少空氣波動和（hé）地麵揚塵。

5.工作中應注意安全。如遇棉塞著火，用（yòng）手（shǒu）緊握或用濕布包裹熄滅，切勿用嘴吹，以免擴大燃燒;如遇有菌培養物灑落或打碎（suì）有菌容器時，應（yīng）用浸潤5%石炭（tàn）酸的抹布包裹後，並用浸潤5%石炭酸的（de）抹布擦拭台麵或地麵，用酒精（jīng）棉球擦手後再繼續操作。
5. Pay attention to safety in work. If the cotton plug is on fire, hold it tightly with your hands or wrap it with a wet cloth. Do not blow it with your mouth to avoid expanding combustion. In case of bacterial culture spilled or broken, wrap it with
a cloth soaked in 5% carbolic acid, and wipe the table or ground with a cloth soaked in 5% carbolic acid, and then continue to operate after wiping hands with alcohol cotton ball.
6.工（gōng）作結（jié）束，立即將台麵（miàn）收拾幹淨，將不應在（zài）無（wú）菌室存放（fàng）的物品和廢棄物全部拿出（chū）無菌室後，對無菌室用5%石炭酸噴（pēn）霧，或開紫外線燈照射（shè）30min。
6. at the end of the work, clean up the table immediately, and remove all the articles and wastes that should not be stored in the asepsis room, then use the 5% carbolic acid spray or the ultraviolet lamp to irradiate 30min.
