1. 無塵淨（jìng）化工程需要（yào）定期對電路進行維護。

2. 在無塵淨（jìng）化工程中更換高效過濾器後，需確認機架內無泄漏，並（bìng）使用粉塵計數器進行檢測。隻有達到技術指標後（hòu）才能進行正常工（gōng）作。
