目前（qián），無塵車間普通選（xuǎn）用整體性好、剛性強的水磨石空中（zhōng）。為了防止塵土、細菌積聚、滋生，這種空中須避免開裂和返潮，在施工中可采取（qǔ）夯實回填（tián）土，加厚地坪、選用優質水泥（水泥砂（shā）漿（jiāng）基底的水泥標（biāo）號不得低於425號），恰當配筋（對大麵積廠（chǎng）房（fáng）而言）等措（cuò）施來避免空中開裂；為避免（miǎn）空中返潮，施（shī）工中（zhōng）則可采取加厚混凝（níng）土層和碎石（shí）層，濕度高的地域增加防水層（如一氈（zhān）二油）等措施。有防腐請求（qiú）的空中可采用聚酯砂漿（jiāng）整體地坪，由耐腐蝕的不飽和聚酯為膠粘劑，以石英砂或重晶（jīng）砂為填料混（hún）合而成，能（néng）耐（nài）酸（suān）堿，有良好的化學（xué）穩定（dìng）性和耐腐（fǔ）性。藥廠中較常用的是以（yǐ）下幾種空中麵層。
At present, dust-free workshops generally choose terrazzo air with good integrity and strong rigidity. In order to prevent the accumulation and breeding of dust and bacteria in the air, cracking and moisture regain should be avoided. In construction,
measures such as compacting backfill soil, thickening floor, selecting high-quality cement (cement mark of cement mortar base must not be less than 425), proper reinforcement (for large-scale factory buildings) and so on can be taken to avoid air
cracking; in order to avoid air moisture regain, thickening coagulation can be adopted in construction. Soil and gravel layers, high humidity areas to increase waterproof layer (such as felt oil) and other measures. The whole floor of polyester mortar
can be used in the air with anti-corrosion request. It is made of corrosion-resistant unsaturated polyester as adhesive and quartz sand or barite sand as filler. It can resist acid and alkali, and has good chemical stability and corrosion resistance.
The following air surface layers are commonly used in pharmaceutical factories.
（1）水磨石空中：整體性（xìng）好、潤（rùn）滑、不易起塵，可衝洗且防（fáng）靜（jìng）電；缺陷是無彈性。常用於請求經常擦（cā）洗的分（fèn）裝車（chē）間、針片（piàn）劑車（chē）間、實驗室（shì）、衛（wèi）生間，更衣室、結晶工段等。
(1) Terrazzo air: good integrity, lubrication, not easy to dust, washable and anti-static; defect is inelastic. It is often used in packing workshop, needle tablet workshop, laboratory, bathroom, dressing room, crystallization section and so on.
（2）塑料空中：潤滑、略有彈性、不易起塵、易（yì）擦洗清潔、耐磨、耐腐蝕，但易產生靜電，受紫外線映照易老（lǎo）化。因而不宜用於經（jīng）常采用紫外線燈滅菌的場所。普通用於更衣室、包裝間、化驗室等房間。由於（yú）塑料板與混（hún）凝土基層的伸縮性能不同，不宜用於大麵積車間，否則會（huì）惹起起殼現象。
(2) Plastic air: lubricated, slightly elastic, not easy to dust, easy to scrub and clean, wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, but easy to generate static electricity, easy to aging by ultraviolet radiation. Therefore, it is not suitable to be used in
places where ultraviolet lamp is often used for sterilization. Usually used in dressing rooms, packaging rooms, laboratories and other rooms. Because of the different expansion and contraction properties of plastic slab and concrete base, it is not
suitable for large-area workshop, otherwise it will cause shell phenomenon.
（3）耐酸瓷板空中：用耐酸膠（jiāo）泥貼砌，能耐腐蝕，但（dàn）質較脆，經不起衝擊，破碎後則降低耐腐蝕（shí）性能。這類空中可用於原料車間（jiān）中有腐蝕介質的區段，由於施工複雜、造（zào）價高，宜用於有腐（fǔ）蝕（shí）介質滴漏的部分範圍運（yùn）用。例如，將有腐蝕介質的設備集（jí）中布置，然後將這一（yī）局部空中用（yòng）擋水線圍起來，擋水線內部用此種空中（zhōng）鋪貼。
(3) acid-proof ceramic board in the air: it can resist corrosion by pasting with acid-proof cement, but its quality is brittle, it can not withstand impact, and its corrosion resistance is reduced after crushing. This kind of air can be used in the corrosive
medium section of the raw material workshop. Because of its complex construction and high cost, it is suitable for some areas where the corrosive medium drips out. For example, equipment with corrosive media will be centralized, and then this part
of the air will be surrounded by a water retaining line, which will be laid in the air inside the water retaining line.
